Event notes and updates:
As of August 20th, we are FULL. However, if you'd like your name placed on the waiting list, we'd be happy to do so. The registration deadline is September 19th, as we need to provide the hotel with a final number of participants by September 20th. Once we finalize arrangements, anyone still on the waiting list will receive a full refund. We usually have last-minute had cancellations, so chances are good that you'll get into the event.
The deadline for ordering t-shirts is September 7th, just two weeks away. If you wish to order shirts, click on the above link, fill out the form, and send it in. (Scanning & sending via e-mail to perpulady@hotmail.com will speed up the process).
Just a reminder that in order to participate in any of the weekend activities, including riding along as copilot on the event drives, you must register for the event. This is for liability reasons. Your official event badge will be needed for all weekend activities, including drives, the Friday snacks and dessert buffet, and the Saturday night banquet.

Club Miata Northwest is pleased to announce the 11th Backroads to Bavaria. Come join us in Leavenworth, in the heart of the Washington Cascades. This is Oktoberfest weekend, a much-anticipated festival every year. We're already busy planning some new drives, a show & shine, our traditional Backroads banquet, and much more!
This much-anticipated regional event brings Miata lovers from around the region and across the U.S. and Canada, and we expect it to sell out quickly.
Home base will be the Enzian Inn in Leavenworth, and both the Friday night welcome gathering & dessert buffet and the Saturday banquet will take place here. Additional accommodations are available at the Alpine Rivers Inn, overlooking the Wenatchee River. A block of rooms has been set aside at both hotels. Be sure to mention "Miata Club" when making your reservation.
It's so nice to see so many familiar names on the list of participants, and so many new ones! We're looking forward to seeing you and your MX-5 Miata in October. As more details about the event become available, we will post them here on the Backroads event page.
