If you love cars of any kind, you will enjoy the Lemay Museum! They have cars on display from every decade since the invention of the 'motor vehicle'. The America's Car Museum Collection consists of automotive artifacts and 250 automobiles spanning over 100 years of automotive history, plus approximately another 100 vehicles on exhibit loan from private collections. Their collection celebrates America’s love affair with the automobile and includes both domestic and foreign marques. Our group will be treated to a 90 minute tour of the collection by an ACM docent. We will receive the group discount for having more than 10 people. Tickets will be only $12 per person. The museum requests that we pay with one payment method, so please bring cash or a check made out to Club Miata Northwest. Plan for the day: We will be meeting for a time of socializing with coffee and donuts at the Krispy Kreme in Tacoma at 9:00 am and depart for the museum around 9:30. Please feel free to leave your beloved Miata safe at home if the weather conditions are less than suitable for bringing it out. Anyone who brings their Miata will be allowed to park on the Plaza directly in front of the museum! SUV's are also welcomed. After our tour of the amazing cars, we will head to the Tacoma Mall Way Azteca for a delicious lunch. Register today for this special event!
